Our 1995 white Land Rover Defender 110 station wagon goes by the name of “BWANA”. At the time of purchase Bwana had 80 000 on the clock. We bought our Land Rover from Foley’s and they did the following to it to prepare it for our expedition -

Since then we have had Footloose4x4 install a Nature Pure water filter and pump system well as a 300amp inverter. We moved the fridge from the back to behind the passenger seat by removing the single back seat. This left a hole from the front of the vehicle to the rear so we got a stainless steel panel and pop riveted into place under the dog guard to make our back totally secure. We have bolted an aluminium box to the roof rack and we have also fixed railings to the back shelves so we can ratchet the Woolf boxes down.
